garron got his first bath!!! my mom was there & it was so much fun! we washed his hair & his body using what is called a "swaddle bath." this uses a blanket & a sponge bath to keep him warm while bathing. he could not be submerged in water yet because of his umbilical cord. we have a video of the bath that is hilarious! these photos are from after bath.
there was more kangaroo time during the week. we get to hold him during his noon feeding. it has become a favorite time of the day for both of us! (we think garron likes it too!!!)
i LOVE this picture of the little ham! what a cute boy! you can see his personality already!!!
this is garron's second bath. it also happened to be the day that he began to suck on his pacifier. this is also a great thing because in a few weeks, he will start feeding from a bottle. they will leave his feeding tube in, but route it through his nose as to eliminate confusion for him as he learns to feed on his own! we are very excited about this! gran (justin's momma) was there for this bath! we had fun!!!
